Circulon Dutch Oven By Sito on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

This Circulon 5 1/2 Quart Dutch Oven is a handy pot to have in your kitchen. I've owed this pot for about 3 or 4 years now. It is a pot that I find myself reaching for when I am making soup or stew. I also use it for rice and boiling potatoes. Just about anything that requires something bigger than a sauce pan. This pan has a non-stick coating on the inside and is hard anodized on the outside. There is a circular pattern to the bottom inside of the pan that is to promote even cooking. The pot has held up pretty well to some pretty heavy use. The non-stick is just starting to show some wear. The outside of the pan has held up amazingly well. The pan has a pretty good weight to it, which is important to me when I buy a pan. Clean up is pretty easy with the non-stick coating. No need to ever scrub. Overall I have been very happy with this pan and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
