this is a software i use at work, which we use with cisco IP phones.
it has instant messaging capabilities, which is very usefull. contact someone in another office without lifting the phone, saying things you'd rather others not hear, or giving a link for them to copy/paste.
it comes with a dialer, though i usually just use the phone itself. you can save phone numbers on it, or let it keep a history of phone numbers you've called. if you find a number online or through an email, it takes less time to paste it into the field than it does to dial it on the phone.
it also tells you how many other callers are in que behind the one you're talking to, with the said person's phone number.
when you leave the desk, you can hit the 'not ready' button so your co workers don't have to hear your phone ring when you're not around.
really no complaints at all. has never crashed, and does everything i need it to do.
