Citi Bank Credit Card

Have had a few Citi bank cards for some time and just wanted to give them a good review for contacting us when some strange buys occured overseas.

As most of you probably do as well, i purchase items online through various companies. Well apparently somehow, someone got a hold of one of the card numbers and made some purchases in excess of 5,000 bucks.

So the credit card company called us many times and we called them back. They advised what was purchased and where, and asked if we had any knowledge of this. Which of course, we did not as it was in the UK!

So they took the items off our bill and we never had any issues with it to date. We of course had the card replaced and we are just glad we were contacted so quickly!
