Citystate Savings Bank's personal loan

The company I am working right now comprises of several other affiliated or sister companies and one of those is Citystate Savings Bank Inc. It is where we maintain our payroll/savings account for ease of transaction and convenience.

Being an employee of one of their sister companies, getting a personal loan is quite easy as compared to other banks. I just need to fill up an application form, get two (2) co-makers for the loan and then pass it to our Payroll Officer and Personnel Department for processing. Upon short time of reviewing my credentials (less than a week) and find no problem with it the loan proceeds will immediately be released. Although it charges me a 2% interest per month, I guess nothing compares with the ease of application and approval since on the other hand I will be using it in the business.

Payment for the monthly amortization for my personal loan will be via salary deduction so that will be more comfortable either, I don't have to go to banks or issue PDCs for it.
