Classy Business Wear: Suit Seperates By Candida Eittreim on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
Dressing well for business counts for alot in projecting a successful image. When you are dressed properly, you are immediately more confident and assured. This is doubly important if you are a woman who stands 5'2 or less:). Power dressing sends a strong message about how seriously you want to be taken.
I love wool suiting, but hate the sagging and wrinkling I've found with most suits and seperates. So, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and structure, not to mention the fabric itself, in Land's Ends wool and cashmere suiting pieces. The fabric is 90% wool and 10% cashmere, which lends a certain soft polish to the somewhat coarser wool. It creates a clean classic line and a definite resistance to wrinkling and sagging.
These are fully lined with a lovely light blue rayon lining that feels cool and soft next to the skin. The pieces are offered in sizes ranging from petite to plus, and include the trousers, jacket and straight skirt. The subtle pleat front is elegant and looks wonderful with a fine leather belt and a silky blouse. I've even worn these with braces (suspenders) for a more playful touch:)

I bet you look lovely in this! I have no need for a business suit but if I did I would get one of these. I think this company makes fine quality clothing.

The price is great for such a nice looking suit that also fits well. Land's End has done a good job in this department!
Sounds fabulous! Must give you an instant boost of confidence just putting it on.
Those classic looks are hard to beat. I bet you look fabulous in it too!
I am not to familiar with the lands end clothing but it sounds wonderful and exciting!
This is a great looking suit. Thanks for sharing the information.
I live in suits at work - I'm now off to see if they have that one in petite. And I totally agree - having a suit on really helps your confidence. I work in a dept where there are a small ratio of female to male and "power dressing" is always something I've done (and yes, I'm only 5'1 and know exactly what you mean). I like this suit because because it is not masculine-looking and it has a lot of options for what you can wear underneath to take it into each season and retain femininity. Thanks for the info.
