Clean and Clear Cooling Toner

I have tried many toners for my combination skin, and this has been the first to live up to the promise of the cooling effect. Other toners feel less cleansing and drying - this is one of the most effective toner that I have tried. I use it on my skin usually after my makeup has been washed off, but if I forget to take the makeup off than the toner is also effective for makeup removal as well.

For best results I have used cotton swabs or quilted cottton pads, and usually a few drops on the applicator is enough product for my whole face.

I find the cooling refreshing, especially in the morning, or after a hot shower.

You may not enjoy this toner if you don't like a strong prouct, this is a very strong product - the main reason that I enjoy it.

I find the product most beneficial in the summer while my skin is oily, and using the product twice daily has lessened breakouts, and improved the overall texture and health of my skin.

It can be drying, so it is important to moisturize if you are going to use this product.
