Clean Clear Morning Burst Not That Effective By JJ314 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

After trying numerous acne meds, I decided to give this a shot. I suffer from whiteheads, black heads, and some pustules. Well it flat out doesn't work...my breakouts remained the same, and if you notice on the ingredients list there are no potent acne meds listed. It did an OK job of exfoliating, but failed at clearing my acne.

In my hands, the wash was smooth and gel-like with little beads for exfoliating. Then again, when using this twice a day my skin got a little dry from all the exfoliating. This product didnt really wake me up in the morning like it claimed it did, either. The best part about it was definitely the smell which is citrus and sweet-smelling, not pungent and doctors-office-smelling.

I used it twice a day. I guess on the plus side it smelled nice. This product is basically like handsoap for your face - really good for people who don't have acne but just need a simple facewash. I wouldnt recommend this to acne sufferers.
