Clear Care By Scott Parizo on - Updated Sep 18, 2011

I was using the contact solution Opti Free Express which was about 3 dollars more for the same quantity of the Clear Care at costco. The bottle on the opti free says no rub but I have had to rub to get my contacts clean. I still have found that it has not cleaned them well. I used this Clear Care and it seems to work much better. I definately see a major difference in how clean my contacts are. This solution however has some acid in it that requires you to soak them for 6 hours or overnight because the acid takes that long to evaporate. Because of the acid you dont want to put this solution into your eye so you need to be careful not to get any on your hands and then if you rub your eyes your going to feel a bad burning. I have found that my contacts are cleaner and seem to havea longer life without irritation. I give this product a thumbs up.

This is the one being used by uncle in NY for his lenses and it works great..

Sounds like good stuff. I use the Opti-Free stuff right now as well. If it's acidic, what do you use to clean this solution off before putting your contacts back in?
