Clerks Ii By Blastoderm55 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Clerks II, the sequel to the 1996 indie smash hit by Kevin Smith lands home smoothly on this exciting two disc set. Staying in line with his other works under the View Askew banner, Smith has made sure to load each disc with special features and deleted scenes that make this set worth every penny. Not only do you get the normal deleted scenes and director commentary, you also get footage on set with hilarious gag reels and podcasts featurings Smith, Scott Mosier and Randall himself, Jeff Anderson. The second disc of this collection features a 90 minute documentary on the making of the movie, and is probably worth the price of the DVDs alone. And as always, these added bonuses only sweeten the deal on yet another funny, irreverant comedy by Smith. Fans of the original Clerks will love this, while folks unfamiliar with the franchise will find themselves rushing to the video store to rent the predecessors of Clerks II. Did I mention there's a donkey show? Its not what you think, but it'll have you laughing all night long.
