Clif Kid Organic Z Bar- Blueberry

I'm always on the look out for a good tasting, healthy granola bar.At Trader Joe's, I found the Clif Kid Organic Z Bar in Blueberry.They have many delicious flavors, but the Bluberry is my favorite.The texture of the bar is more like a soft cookie, and with this particular flavor, there is a white glaze drizzled on the top.What I like most about this bar, besides it's yummy taste, is that it's made of ALL organic ingredients.It is even made with REAL dried blueberries- not artificially flavored cranberries like most bars use.The only downside is that there are a LOT of ingredients, one of which is 'Natural Flavors', listed in the white glaze ingredients.But, as far as being compared to other granola-type bars on the market, the ingredients list is flying colors above the rest.With only 120 calories, and 2.5 grams of fat, this makes for a great snack, whether you're on a diet or not!And, there's 3 g of fiber, and NO trans fat.

These bars travel very well because they are in their own wrapper.I carry them with me to work, when I'm out running around town, and when I'm on vacation.I will never go back to eating other granola bars with High Fructos Corn Syrup, artficial flavors, or other unknown chemicals that I can't pronounce.I recognize all of the ingredients in this bar, and trust it as a healthy snack for my family.And, it's yummy!!
