I purchased the Ipod Clip to use at the gym while working out, and have been in love with it every since! I've tried the MP3 players with the armbands or the ones that are small enough to fit into your pocket, but nothing has withstand the intensity of a work out session quite like the Clip. The Clip is 1.07 inches tall, 1.62 inches long, 0.41 inches thick, and 0.55 ounce. In other words..it's tiny. The 1 GB can hold up to 240 songs that are easily downloaded onto the shuffle via USB cable connected to your computer. You do require iTunes 7.4 for storing your songs and then downloading them onto the shuffle. You have two playback options: linear and shuffled. It has a built in rechargeable lithium battery that has up to 12 hours of playtime, that only takes roughly 4 hours to charge through the USB dock on your computer. The battery indicator lets you know when your time is up. The earbuds were really the only downfall for me. They didn't seem to stay in my ears, no matter how far I jammed them in there. I did have to purchase a separate set that ended up matching my Clip itself. They do come in a variety of colours. Many sure enough to suit just about anyone!
