Co Bigelow Mentha Lip Shine By Trisha9 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I bought CO Bigelow's Mentha Lip Shine from Bath and Body Works. It retails at about $7.50, which is kind of high in my opinion. The product contains 2% peppermint oil and claims to be 'mint-infused for fresh breathe'. The theory is that the peppermint in the lip shine provides a cooling sensation and gives breath 'long lasting freshness.' I think it's a nice idea but certainly no substitute for a breathe mint. I bought the product more for the lip shine and feel that that part of the item does work well. It comes in a tube for those who prefer a tube to a regular lip balm. It glides on nicely, moisturizes and softens your lips, doesn't have a bad taste and lasts for quite awhile. If you are looking for a decent lip moisturizer I'd recommend it, if you want fresh breath I'd suggest a mint or some chewing gum instead.
