I dont see what the big deal is about coach bags. A purse is a purse to me, it has pockets and a strap on it. When these purses first came out I wanted one really bad but not to carry just to say that I have one. They come in many shapes and sizes and colors. I heard that you cant even tell the difference in the real ones and the fake ones anymore. Now I have two of these purses and just like any other one, the strap broke on one and one of the eyelets came off of the other one. So needless to say I dont think that these bags are all they are cracked up to be real or not. They arent worth spending the money for in my opinion. Males and females all over the world have come to recognize these bags no tonly for their design but for the price. I wouldnt buy another one.

Very honest. i have three coach bags right now and I actually love them. I have found that they really do hold there own. So sorry you haven't had the same experience.
i totally agree with you...yet sometime having somethign expensive does make you feel good :)
Ive never been known to carry a purse, but I just started and own 2 of them, both coach, mine have held up fine, maybe that's how you can tell if they are real or not, it pays off to get the real ones. :-)
I have one that has held up great but it is way too small for me,LOL. It hangs in my closet next to the Fossil that I never use :( I actually carry one right now,that I bought at Factory Connection for $24.00,LOL. I change out often but like I said the Coach is just too small for me.
That is a high score considering you would not buy another bag
I have a Coach bag and love it I do agree that the fake ones look very close to the real ones but the quality is not the same.
It is too bad that after longing for a Coach bag for so long and actually getting one that it turned out to be such a disappointment for you! I have had some very inexpensive bags that have held up really well over the years and more expensive ones whose strap has broken. I hope that you have a bag that you like now!
whoops- it was a gift ! I guess your'e kinda stuck in asking about a warranty. Hope they didn't spend much on the bag-how embarrasing.
I'm surprised you rated it so high considering you wouldn't buy another one.
