Coconut Snowballs In Maui By fudgepineapples on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

This sugar scrub by Isle of Eden is described as smelling like rich cream blended with sweet coconut milk, sprinkles of toasted coconut, and topped with crunchy pieces of candied ginger-infused butter-brickle. I smell yogurty, cakey coconut. It is a great, sweet coconut smell that isn;t too overpowering. It smells a lot like the coconut yogurt that you can buy that comes with little chunks of coconut in it. Which is a good thing, as that yogurt is delicious. Howver, it's kind of a weird scent in a scrub. Somehow, I really like this scent. I find that the toasted coconut note makes it smell more cakey and baked than fresh. But it definitely smells like real coconut, not that plastic-y fake smell that most products are scented with. Even better, this scrub is a beautiful light pink. It makes you feel pretty and girly when you use it, and it's got the great texture I have come to expect from Isle of Eden sugar scrubs.
