Coffee The Parisian Way By Jan Mayrhofer on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

My husband loves to use a French Press to make our (freshly ground) coffee. The unit we have been using was purchased about two years ago. Now the screen is beginning to show signs of wear. After some intense research we learned that the brand we owned doesn't have replacement screens available. So I bought him a new brand for Christmas.

The new one is made by Nissan and has a lifetime warranty. It is made of stainless steel and is double walled for the purpose of keeping the coffee hot longer.

We really like the thermos type of coffee press so that it is unbreakable and keeps your coffee hot for a while.

The capacity of the press is 34 oz. which works out just right for us. It's easy to clean and pretty light weight too.

Before I ordered this Nissan press I checked to make sure that replacement parts were available and they were. Also, the press received good reviews on Amazon.

This was the best price I found for a decent French press and I'm pleased with it.
