Colby bunk bed

A few years ago my mom purchased a Colby brand bunk bead for Christmas I think I was about thirteen years old at the time to say I was excited would be an understatement but when we took every thing out we quickly realized that there was a problem one there was extra peaces and two there was only five screws and since it was Christmas we couldn't go back to the store until two days later so the day came when we went to the store they where nice acknowledged there mistake but they didn't have the screws in stock so it took two weeks for them order but I finely got the screws and started putting my bunk bed together but after putting the bottom bunk together I ran out of screws (again) so frustrated me and my mom went to the hardware store and bought the screws (It cost about 20$ dollars) In conclusion I really don't know if it was the store I bought it from or the company that made the bed so I suggest that you buy with caution.
