I get terrible colds. I always have. If there's a cold germ with two miles, I pick it up. But a few years ago, I heard about Cold-Eeze. Although I doubted its effectiveness, I decided to give it a try.

And it works! Cold-Eeze really does lessen the severity of my cold. It's not a miracle drug. It doesn't make the cold go away and it doesn't ward of the cold. But it somehow makes an awful cold more bearable. I just don't feel as bad. My head doesn't hurt as much. I can breathe easier.

You absolutely must take Cold-Eeze at the very first sign of a cold. If you're in the middle of a bout, it won't help. And the lozenges do taste awful, no matter what the package says. They also leave a pretty bad taste in your mouth. But I'll stand that for a few days to defeat a bad cold.

Don't laugh. After all, my own doctor says its strictly placebo. But what the heck. It works for me!
