After my knee surgeries I haven't been as active as I use to, a common problem for knee injuries. Due to the fact you're limited to low impact activities, your choice is limited, until I found this great little contraption. This ia bike trainer designed for ordinary daily exercise. With it's magnetic resistance system you're ready to ride in the comfort of your our home. So forget about going all winter long without your bike. So put on your favorite t.v. show or your ipod and ride away. Especially great for those with knee problems because riding your bike on low gears is little to no resistence. Notice it has wide legs for great stability. Definitely an excellent purchase. I ride on my bike every day, rain or shine. ;)
