Colgate 360 Actiflex Toothbrush By Rae777 on - Updated Sep 18, 2011

When visiting my dentist, he asked me what kind of toothbrush I used. I told him I had been using a medium bristle toothbrush. My dentist informed me that a soft bristle toothbrush would be best for me and would be easier on my gums yet still massage my gums. I have tried soft bristle brushes before and did not care for them. These brushes did not feel like they were cleaning my teeth.

While out shopping, I noticed a toothbrush called Colgate 300° Actiflex. It is advertised to clean around and in between teeth better than most other flat brushes. I decided to try one to see if it was as good as it was advertised to be.

The brush is well designed and features two small gel like pads where your fingers rest. On the back of the toothbrush is a cheek and tongue cleaner.

I like this toothbrush. The bristles are soft yet firm enough to clean my teeth and massage my gums although I wish the bristles were a little longer.

This toothbrush should be replaced every three months and is not recommended for children under three years of age.

I'm also using toothbrush made by Colgate. Toothbrush and toothpaste made by Colgate are good in everyday dental care.
