Colgate Fresh Confidence toothpaste is a fluoride toothpaste with whitening gel. The packaging claims that it helps eliminate bacteria that causes bad breath. This toothpaste just works OK. The taste is not bad at all, but sometimes my teeth don't feel as clean after brushing as they have with other toothpastes, and I might have to brush twice. Although it claims to eliminate bad breath, if I brush my teeth at night with this I may still have a bad taste in my mouth in the morning. And it definitely won't help with garlic, even if you brush your tongue (which I do). As far as the packaging, I wish that toothpaste manufacturers would come up with a better design than the classic tube, cause sometimes they develop tears and leak. This one hasn't done that yet. The cap snaps on and off easily and squeezes the toothpaste out well. I would buy this again if it was on sale but it's not the best.
