It's a bit difficult to apply using that little brush they give you. It's even harder to hold you lips up as you apply it. It become very frustrating as it doesn't seem to stay on being a gel. It comes off very easily and because of that there is limited effectiveness. It just gets really frustrating. I couldn't do it for more than 2 weeks before I finally gave up. There is only a slight whitening effect which doesn't last too long. I would recommend paying the extra ten dollars to buy whitening strips which actually stick to your teeth and whiten more effectively. This gel just doesn't work and comes off way too easily. It also seems pretty gross sticking the brush back into the tube each time after you use it. I would hope there's some antibacterial in there.
