This toothpaste to me just screams average. There's really nothing special about this toothpaste and I think that it's because of that why I stopped using it. The flavor is reminiscent of any other colgate toothpaste being that white minty taste. It works well enough to clean your teeth but as far as whitening goes it's pretty useless. You're much better off using the white strips or even the brush on gel types if you want to whiten your teeth. I just don't think that there's enough exposure for it to do anygood, maybe if you used it prior to the whitening applications it would help a little bit. I probably would not recommend this just because it's so average, I'm sure you can get it cheaply, but you can get another one for the same price which has something extra.
