Colgate Total is an excellent product for your oral hygiene needs. I have found that after long-term experimentation with a variety of toothpaste flavors, brands and styles, this is the one that works the best for me. I personally love the taste-it is a nice, simple but strong mint flavor to it. The package is what actually caught my eye-it is the one thing that jumps out off the shelf. I use this toothpaste, along with my wife-and I really do think this is an excellent toothpaste. Like most toothpastes, we did not use it for our little children, it is an adult product. I find that it lasts for about 2 months for the two of us, and is reasonably priced. Overall, a great product that will be a definite upgrade to whatever simple product you may use.
