Color Code Your Office Work By Rachel Dellaposta on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I bought a set of 5 markers that came in 5 different colors. They are fine point markers, permanent ink. The colors are pretty and they are easy to write with. They even have a comfort grip where your fingers go, so it is better than writing in pen, and they are much more reliable than a gel pen. However, the markers tend to bleed on certain materials. By that, I mean that the ink spreads out when you write and kind of smudges your words. They were fine on regular paper and I did not have any problems out of the black pen. I was writing on popsicle sticks, so bleeding probably wouldn't be a concern on any normal surface. the only other issue I had was that the green barely showed up unless writing on plain white paper. Then again, the color was lime green, so I guess I shouldn't expect it to show up extremely well. They work just fine for any normal project and are cheaper than Sharpie brand, so I would recommend them for use on certain projects. They would be useful for writing in scrapbooks!
