My seven year old loooooves to draw and loves anything that has to do with art. He got the Crayola Explosion from his grandma as a gift and really enjoys it. It is a notebook with special white paper that you have to use the special markers that come with it and it makes different colors magically appear.There is no mess with these markers and they are nontoxic and super safe. They also have Color Explosions that come in black paper too that is just as neat. It's a great thing to bring along a car ride and not have to worry about your kid getting marker all over the car, hands, or clothes. There are many different kinds to choose from as well, like the one that he has with the white paper is called Twisted Trpoicals and has the lighter colors on them when you color with the markers. The notebooks come with 20 pages to draw on, and they all come with their own markers. This one came with four markers. It's great for any kid of any age!
