Color Explosion Neon

I bought this Color Expolsion Pad for my three year old grandson, although the manufacturer recommends this for ages 6-12.The materials are non-toxic, so I'm not sure why it is not recommended for under 6, but my three year old grandson loves it.It's like magic when he scribbles on the pad and colors magically appear. The Pad has 20 black pages that is activated only by the special Color Explosion marker.I like the fact that he can't color on walls and other things other than the pad.The paper is only one sided.I wish they would have made it so that he can color on both sides of the sheet, so there would be more coloring pages, but he has used the white back of the sheet to color with regular crayons when the pad is used up.The pages are also perforated, so they can be easily removed for hanging his creations.
