Combi Lightweight Stroller By traceyb22 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
I bought the Combi Cosmo EX, because I wanted a smaller, lighter stroller to keep in the trunk for running errands. It was on sale half off, so I thought it might be better that some of the other strollers that were regularly priced around 50 or 60 dollars. It was worth $50, but I am glad I got it on sale. I wouldn't pay much more than for it. It is lighter and much easier to pull in and out of the trunk, and my son is comfortable in it, but it has some negatives too. The biggest one is that the handle is too short and I feel like I have to hunch down to push it. I'm always kicking the wheels when I walk. I'm 5'7", so you can imagine what it's like for my 6' husband.
One of things that I liked when I ordered was that it has a storage basket underneath and many of the others I looked at didn't. However, the basket is small and hard to put things into, so it isn't very useful. The stroller does have a child cup holder and a small sun shade, which are nice to have. It folds up and down easily, but you do need two hands to do it. This isn't my favorite stroller, but it gets the job done for quick trip and errands.

For the price I would buy it, probably as just an extra for quick runs to the store..can't wait to have grandkids so I can do that!
Good info to know. It's so hard to compare how they will really work in a store or from a picture!
We had an umbrella stroller that made us hunch over too so I know what you mean. I'm 5'8 and hubby is 6'4 and he carried our son most of the time because it was easier for him than pushing the stroller was.

Nice for a stroller to have storage for all that extra stuff you need for the little ones. Too bad they didn't think more about the design of it. Mothers bend over all day picking the kids up, the last thing you want to do is bend over while pushing them.
I personally don't have the problem of being hunched over since I am just 5 feet one inch! But, I do know what your mean, my husband is 6 feet and he had the same complaint with our cheapo umbrella stroller.
Thats the problem I have ran into alot with alot of items is the handles not being adjustable for people taller.
I don't think this would work for me either then...I'm the same height as you. Thanks for the detailed info! :-)
