Comcast - no love for loyalty

Reviewing: Comcast Cable

I have been a comcast customer for about 3 years. We chose comcast because we live in an area that does not work for a dish which forces us to get digital cable or nothing. After we were established customers, they came out with the triple play deal wher you get a great deal on a phone, internet, and cable with them. Not only that, the deal lasts a year. You get unlimited long distance, extra phone features, and with the cable, you get HBO and ONDemand included in the deal. Unfortunately, this deal is only for new customers and loyal customers are pretty much screwed.I am paying way too much for cable. I've got a crappy deal on my phone. I have my eyes wide open for another deal out there and as soon as I find one, I'm getting out. I really don't like how loyalty from customers sees no rewards with Comcast.

"Screw the ones we already got" is becoming more and more a trend. AT&T a very ready example!
