Comfy and long lasting

I am a queen of pillows.

I have tried all sorts of pillows! Foam pillows, feather pillows, poly pillows, husk filled pillows, small pillows, body pillows, L-shaped pillows yes, tried them all!

Finally I smarted up and decided that since I loved my Beautyrest mattress so much that I may as well purchase a Beautyrest pillow! It sounds simple but when it comes to purchasing things for myself I am generally pretty frugal with my money OK, cheap! But.. I have spent more money on pillows before, I like to keep it under $15, mainly because pillows never seem to last very long for me and spending more than that for a pillow that lasts just as long as the $10 variety seems like a waste.

I went for it, though, and splurged $25 on a nice looking Beautyrest pillow. It is very pretty in itself, white with gold piping all the way around.

It took a couple of weeks to get the pillow to settle well enough so that it wasnt uncomfortable for my neck. The extra padding made it too tall at first, but is just enough as after quite a bit of use the pillow has settled nicely and is perfect. It is very comfy and just fluffy enough without having to be fluffed.

It is filled with 100% polyester fiber, so there are no sticking of quills or feathers. The poly has pulled a little bit away from the sides, with use, however , creating a couple of flat corner spots void of filling - as much as 3x3. It isnt terribly problematic for me however and seems to be more than a esthetic thing than anything, and my pillowcase covers it up nicely. ;)

I would very much recommend a Beautyrest pillow for a comfy nights sleep.
