Compact And Light By Eggy on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I can't even remember when I bought these binoculars, but it was definitely more than 10 years ago.

Although I have a pair of Minolta Weathermatic 7x50 Binoculars which have better quality optics, I generally prefer to carry these smaller and lighter binoculars which can fit in a purse or large pocket.

These compact binoculars do have decent image quality. They have BAK-4 Porro prisms and multi-coated lenses for better light transmission and brighter images. It uses a finger controlled center focus system. They are 9 power binoculars with a 383 foot field of view (at 1000 yards).

These binoculars have protective armoring and come with a padded vinyl carrying case. The case has a belt loop and Velcro closure. There is also a single piece plastic eyepiece cover. These binoculars have a limited lifetime warranty.

According to www.thebinocularsite.com, the Bushnell Company took over the Bausch & Lomb binocular line, and no longer make the brand, however they do honor any outstanding warranty commitments on Bausch & Lomb binoculars.

I am very happy with my Bausch & Lomb Legacy 9x25mm Wide Angle Compact Binoculars.
