A lot has been said the last few years that eating fish is vital to your health. Since I did not prepare fish at home and ate it only when I went to a restaurant which isn't that often, I decided to purchase fish oil pills. I decided to try NSI Complete EFA softgels. They contain fish oil, GLA, Flaxseed, EPA and DHA. They are very easy to swallow and do not leave that fishy aftertaste and do not repeat on you. They have a taste similar to strawberries. Since I have been taking the NSI Complete I feel much better. I take them along with my NSI CoQ10 and feel that they help keep my cholesterol at a good level. I also noticed that since taking Complete that my skin is more moist and not as dry as it use to be. I rarely get sick and I feel that this is due in part to taking NSI Complete fish oil pills. I love them and wouldn't be without them.
