What adult does not remember the black and white marbled composition books of school days? Well, I still use these books and I really love them. I can keep so much information in one book, and the books are slim enough to slip easily in a suitcase, briefcase or portfolio.

Office Depot carries them for about $2.49 each. They are 9 3/4" x 7 1/2", with wide ruled sheets (easy to write on) and 100 sheets to a book. I do enjoy using these composition books. I'm even using one right now to keep a list of all of my reviews for Shared Reviews. One hundred pages will hold a lot of information, and the book keeps your info handy and all in one place. Plus, it's relatively inexpensive to buy more than one and use them for keeping track of many different things.

I don't know if recycled material is used, so I marked 0 for this category.

There is even useful information on the inside back cover of the book, such as a multiplication table and conversion table.

It makes me feel like a schoolgirl when I get out my composition book to jot down information, but I really do think these books come in handy for keeping track of so many different items and bits of info.
