I have owned and used faithfully the Conair Ion Shine hair dryer for several years. My hair is naturally wavy and tends to be frizzy if I do not care for it properly. This hair dryer is great! The ionic technology which reduces static electricity has really helped my frizziness. You can turn this feature off, but that is why I purchased this particular hair dryer in the first place! I usually dry my hair on high power/hot heat, but you can choose to use low or medium power and warm or medium heat if you desire. Any combination of power and heat can also be chosen. I don't really use the cool shot button, but it is right on the front if needed. The Diffuser attachment is great when I want to wear my hair curly and I admit that I have never used the Concentrator attachment. The removable filter makes it easy to clean.
