Confusing Video Camera By pamarama on - Updated Sep 18, 2011

I wish my better (?) half had waited until I researched this digital video camera beore buying it. I still have not read through the insturction book. This digital video camera is much more confusing than it needs to be. It also uses cassette tapes, which are completely a pain to use. Also, the multimedia card comes separate, which is pretty silly. I have no need for tapes, and we still do not have the mulstimedia card. This camera has a lot features which an interemediate or more advanced vidograher may appreciate. I just want to be able to turn it on and go. I am pretty tech savvy, but this camera just baffles me. It is not intuitive and the instruction booklet does not match the reality. The battery time seems pretty decent the one time we did use it.

One time use? Oh no! Maybe just forget using the manual and try winging it on your own. Never know..you might just find it fun to use! Sorry you were not that thrilled with it. I hope you have given it another chance!
