The Ortho also synchronizes the days when periods are supposed to occur, which is great for those women who are used to having unsynched periods.

As for the contraceptive part of Ortho, it also meets it's purpose in that aspect as well. I highly recommend this to women who have horrible periods that need to be controlled. And best of all, this is even covered by insurance.
