consistent good value hotels

I have been a frequent travler for over 30 years for business and pleasure and find Hampton Inns of the Hilton family extremely consistent good value in most location I travel too. Usually, I am trying to fit in Government per diem rates and find them a mid priced hotel that consistently clean, convient, well maintained, with a few nice extras like free breakfast. I am a meber of four differnt hotel reward programs but have used at least a half dozen free rooms from the Hilton rewards program. Sometimes I can find at the correct price the slightly higher end Embassy Suite of the Hilton chain. I am so impressed with the Hampton Inn chain I use most of my free nights for relatives when my house is overfull for a family event. My second choice of hotels, is Marriot which are fancier and more services. The limitation of Marriots probably only 50% or less often available at the right rate in the locations I travel.
