All right then, I think we've all wished we could find something safe and gentle when we feel a little constipated. This tends to happen to me (and many others from listening to people talk) when on vacation and off my schedule. I've found a gentle, 100% natural, herbal laxative that really works and I never worry again about not feeling well away from home. I found this product at Walgreens and have not seen it anywhere else yet. Swiss Kriss is an herbal product, each bottle contains 120 tablets at a cost of $5.99. The recommended dose is 2 tablets once or twice a day. I found taking 2 tablets in the morning with a glass of water is all that is needed for that "regular" feeling. I'm not an advocate of regular laxative use but why suffer needlessly when there are products on the market to help when you need it. I recommend this product when asked, otherwise it's my secret.

Interesting but when it comes to this matter I prefer to just try natural alternatives, mainly because they taste better and won't have you mad dashing for the bathroom.
