I recently bought this phone for my home office. I had a second line installed and I needed a phone to accomodate my business. It is headset capable and both sound thru headset and handset are great. The phone is durable and has basic features. The speakerphone, conference, mute and caller id options are all included. All the features avaliable at that price are great! I would recommned this phone to anyone that has two lines in their home. You can There is no interference between the two lines. I love that you can turn off or down the ringer of one line while you are on the other line. It has a directory too and you can mount it on the wall or sit it on a desk. It has all basic features that are great for a home office.
