I got this model because I needed a second phone I could plug in that did not require a telephone jack. The sound quality is wonderful and I have never had a problem with interference or bad channels. The only complaint I have is the battery life. I have a business from my home and alot of my time is spent on the phone. I charge both handsets every night but if you talk on the phone for any length of time the battery just does not stand up. I do love all the features of mute, speaker, intercom and caller id but need the batter to last much longer. The phone is small in size so it is easy to take around the house too and I love having the extra handset to plug in with the small base since we were limited on telephone jacks. I would recommend this phone but beware of battery life.
