This game is simply an online gaming masterpiece. It is definately one of my faourite games without a doubt. THe game comes with pre-set maps et.c some notable ones are de_dust and cs_office but it also allows for customisable usrer content and mods. Therefore there is a big community behind this game making it alot more vast this can be seen via surf maps and zombie mods etc.
The game is based on the half life 2 engine and will run on any pc made in the past 5 years easilly quite well.
The game is great fun online and easy to play with friends due to the steam friends way of talking and there client as it allows you to join in yoru friends servers very easilly.
The game has been running for a very long time and still has a good player community backing it, due to it being rather old it is now quite cheap i would reccomend anyone who likes first person shooters to buy this game as it is great fun.
My personal favourite way of playing it is in a lan centre with aorund 1- friends all shouting around the room. Its great.
