I had not bought a CoverGirl product for several years, but I was intrigued by this foundation when it was first introduced. They call it "restorative" foundation because it is supposed to diminish the look of wrinkles and fine lines. I am young enough to not yet have wrinkles, but I often have blotchy or irritated skin. I decided the product would probably work for that, too.

When I purchased the product, it came with a free sample of Oil of Olay's Regernerist Daily Regenerating cleanser. I like free stuff, so I thought that was cool! And, it's a good product.

Anyway, back to the product review...I opened the lid of this foundation and was greeted with a lovely aroma. I don't know what it smells like, but this stuff smells great! It smells light, fresh, and airy.

The foundation glides on to the skin. It doesn't go on greasy and it doesn't look heavy at all. You don't have to use much of it to get great coverage, and it really does last all day. When I go home from work, my skin still looks great. I have gotten compliments on how great my face (not my makeup) looks.

I highly recommend this product. It smells great, it provides long lasting coverage without the greasy mess, comes in a variety of shades, and is relatively inexpensive when compared with other products.
