This was the best baby shower gift ever! Out of everything we got, this one helped us out the most. The papasan swing is very cushy. The seat is a cradle that can switch to swing side to side or front and back. It has a mobile that lights up and plays music or nature sounds. It also comes with a removable toy bar. We got the least use out of that. For the first few months of her life, my daughter would only nap if she was in this swing. It has varying speeds, the top one can seem pretty fast when your child is really small and lightweight. As much as I love this swing, there are a few complaints. The main one is it runs on batteries. We went through 4 D batteries about every 3 weeks. I wish there was an option to plug it in. I also wish it was easier to take with you. When we went away for vacations, we had to take the swing with us and it was a major pain to pack. I still think this is one of the greatest swings ever. It really cradles your baby in comfort.
