Crapberry

The relatively older Blackberry 8830 WE is pleasing to the eye, but that is just about all it has going for it. It's sleek design and physical appearance is it's only selling point, which unfortunately fooled me into buying it. It has a mediocre keyboard and LCD display. The durability and reliability are laughable. It's battery life, (when it works) is quite exceptional. I personally have purchased 3 new batteries for this phone before I lost all hope in it completely. The OS (operating system) is extremely weak and it can barely handle the simplest applications without it completely freezing and getting the "hourglass of death." I have given up on Sprint as my service provider and all Blackberries in general. I have had many friends that have had similar problems, so I've ruled out the possibility of a lemon. If you are having problems with your blackberry, I recommend www.crackberry.com because the blackberry support number was less than helpful for me. I find it pathetic that an entire forum is dedicated to the "crappiness" of the Blackberry, yet people still defend it with their lives... oh well. This is the review from a very unsatisfied customer. I would post a picture of my Blackberry, but I already smashed it with a hammer and plan to burn the remains.
