Crayola Beginnings For Preschoolers. By bcylab on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Crayola has a product line perfect for toddlers. It is their Crayola Beginnings.

This product was on our preschool supply list. I had no knowledge that they even made a product like this for a toddler. My youngest has always used the normal round crayon, or the very thick crayons. But these triagular ones are really cool and it did not take long to get use to them for her.

They are designed with the toddler in mind. It helps they learn how to hold an item in order to learn to write properly. The box states that, "The tripod grip is important for developing later writing skills."

The eight colors in the box are: black, blue, red, purple, green, yellow, brown, and orange. So all your basic colors are accounted for. Perfect for that toddler to create a master piece. There is also a 16ct box available.

One of the best things is that they are washable, so if that toddler gets into a really creative mood and you leave them alone, you are able to wash it off your walls. Just warm water and a rag/sponge is all it takes to remove it.

For all those parents out there that have younger toddlers, these are really a smart investment to get them started on the right path.

Their complete line consists of crayons, markers and paintbrushs, all triangular and all washable.
