Both of my daughters like Creative Designs International Radios. These are tiny radios made for children. Each one is the size of a deck of cards. They work like regular radios. Each radio takes 2 aaa batteries. Hailey has a fairy radio and Emily has a buzz light year one. Those are the only two styles that I have found. I found these at Wal-mart at one of the check out isles. That is the only thing I dislike about these radios. I think there should be more styles. Also the batteries don't last as long as I would like them to. They last a week at the most when used in frequent amounts which both of my girls like to do. They also have a place to plug in a head set so the listener only can hear the music. This is great for going on walks or playing outside. We also like to play one of these radios in the bath room at bath time. My girls like taking baths listening to music. It has 2 settings. One is a scan button and the other is a reset button. The scan button finds all the radio stations. There is also an on and off dial that is part of the volume. When the volume is off so is the radio. Move the volume up and it comes on.
