Though a bit outdated, for the price that these go for on online stores I would recommend buying it if you are in need of a cheap mp3 player. This mp3 player is in my opinion above average, as it has great sound quality as well as many features which other good devices do not have. The earbuds which come with this device are a pain, the foam lining constantly falling off so I recommend if you buy this product to purchase your own headphones. Nice features include a built in radio, though it does not work as well as a radio itself, it is a nice feature to have. Adding music to the Zen Micro is very easy, I could do it without reading instructions. The major downside is that it only comes with a usb cable charger which makes it hard to recharge on trips. If you can not afford an expensive mp3 player I recommend trying to buy this one used as it is cheap and still offers a lot of feeatures.
