Creative Zen Stone Plus Review

This is another MP3 player from Creative Labs, a well known brand in media players and media accessories. It is black in color and is extremely small and light. Dont let the name stone make you think its heavy and bulky. It fits perfectly even in the tiniest pocket. It comes with a stopwatch, which I think is completely unnecessary. Its size is it's downfall to my opinion. The screen is really really small and I can barely read whats written on it. The screen, like my Nano Plus, doesn't display all the details in the song, i.e Artist and Album. Either the power consumption is too high or the battery life is too low. The sound quality with the given headphones is not very good. Bass sounds suffer the most- it is not booming like what it's supposed to be. All in all, this is an overpriced player.For the amount of money one pays ($99) this player gives a lot of problems. Creative should do something about the power consumption and supply better headphones, like the one I got with my Nano Plus. Then maybe it will be more competitive in the market.
