Crest Premium White Strips

I used whitening strips about 8 years ago, when I first noticed their popularity, and all of my friends were talking about them.I don't recall how well they worked.I do remember one of my girlfriends was in such pain from them that she threw out the remaining strips.Just recently I noticed a new stain forming on my front two bottom teeth.I could have given up coffee, but I decided to try whitening strips first.They're incredibly convenient.I drink my morning coffee, step into the ladies room, and try my best to get them on my teeth with the first try.If you don't get them on just right, they can slide off and stick together, so you have to be precise.I was using two strips a day for 30 minutes.By day two, my teeth ached, not only during wear of the strips but after as well.On day three, I noticed that the stain was almost completely gone.I cut back to one strip a day for day 4.I really couldn't handle the aching pain in my teeth and gums, so I will save the rest for the next time a stain pops up.
