I've always had some problems with my teeth, from acid wear from previous years. I've tried all different kinds of toothpastes, and haven't really been able to tell a difference with many of them. I decided to try Crest Pro-Health because a friend recommended it to me. I got the 'night' version, which, from what I can tell, isn't any different from the regular version except in flavour.

I'm satisfied with the toothpaste - it definitely leaves me with a very clean feeling, and I can definitely tell the difference with the 'night mint' flavour, as I wake up with much less bad taste in my mouth in the mornings. The toothpaste is a little gritty feeling in your mouth, but of course that goes away as soon as you rinse out your mouth.

I've felt that my teeth have gotten a bit stronger, though they will never return to what they were before the acid wear. I haven't noticed much whitening effect, but my mouth feels healthier overall and I don't have as much buildup on my teeth over the course of the day as I used to. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone, especially because you wake up feeling much more refreshed in the morning thanks to the unique night mint flavour!
