I really like this toothbrush. First of all, it really stimulates the gums and that helps to keep your gums healthy. It does a good job of cleaning my teeth too. It is a little harder to get the brush all the way back to my last morlars but that isn't so easy even with a manual toothbrush. It is easily turned upside down, sideways and at any angle and brushes the backs of my teeth with ease. It does a good, quick job of a tongue cleaner too. It runs for a very long time on two AA batteries. I don't even remember the last time I changed the batteries. You don't need a $100 electric toothbrush when you can spend $10.00 on a Crest SpinBrush and get the same results. You can buy extra replacement brush heads where ever you buy the SpinBrush unit. I got mine at Wal Mart.
